03 ✳ The Case
Your bookings are leaving the islands.
Most Virgin Islands operators run reservations through mainland platforms. The platform adds roughly six percent at checkout, guests flinch at a price that grew after they chose to buy, and the fee leaves the territory on every booking. Most of the big platforms also answer to a parent (a hotel conglomerate, an OTA, a competing marketplace) with its own designs on your guests. IslandBook was built in St. Thomas to change the arrangement: a fair negotiated fee, your choice of who pays it, customization for exactly what YOU WANT.

Manifests, pickups, returns, per-vehicle fleet tracking, etc; all in a dashboard your staff can learn in an afternoon. Reschedules and refunds take two clicks and follow the cancellation policy you set.

Best payment processing.
Checkout runs on Stripe, providing several benefits unavailable to other systems (lower tx fees, faster checkout). This also means Antilles does not hold onto your money in-between. We can set up payments in whatever fashion suits YOU most, whether it be Stripe or another provider.

Signed before arrival.
Waivers, rental contracts, and driver's licenses are collected and signed before the guest shows up. Every signature is stored against the booking, versioned, and ready if you ever need it.

Fitted to your operation.
